Qualitech are completing a project in the North West to divert an effluent stream.
The effluent stream can't be discharged to the local treatment works so Qualitech have devised a method of controlling the flow and redirecting the effluent.
The private sewer chamber has had a tailor made baffle plate constructed to stop the flow and capture the effluent.
Qualitech engineered this solution for the customer and have provided a holding tank to store the effluent before it is tankered away for treatment.
The effluent is pumped into the holding tank which stores up to 40m3 of effluent using a submersible pump and then it is taken away by Qualitech tankers.
Qualitech have designed and constructed the solution to control the problem and will manage the process for our customer.
