New Tipping Tanker by Qualitech

The latest addition to Qualitech's expanding fleet goes operational. Built specifically for the waste export market the tanker is a dual purpose unit. The 27,000 litre stainless steel tipping tanker has the capability to load heavy sludge and solids for export for pyrolysis meaning that hydrocarbon contamination of the waste is fully recovered as energy. The sliding baffles within the tank mean that the tanker can discharge the solids and sludge with ease . The baffles are put back into place and the tanker can resume 'normal service' for transportation of hazardous liquids. The dual purpose design of the tanker means that it can be fully utilised for transport on both legs of its journey therefore minimising the environmental impact of transporting goods.
